Tabitha spoke about the huge journey that she’s been on, whilst renovating her family home and setting it up as a beautiful, high-end, boutique hotel. Tabitha talked about the importance of retaining the character of the building, whilst also ensuring that it meets the demands of today’s guest! Delegates were invited to enter a draw to win an afternoon tea experience at Paschoe House – unsurprisingly, this proved to be very popular indeed!
